Winter Running

It was good to see so many responses to my note about running during the off-season. To make it easy for everyone we are going to have a meeting about it during advisory on Thursday in the gym as opposed to after school. We'd love to see everyone there even if you don't plan on running this winter just so we can see your smiling faces...or frowning faces if you're in a bad mood on Thursday. We have workout schedules you can follow if you want to stay in shape until track. We will even have schedules for those of you who don't run track in the spring but still want to keep running. The schedules don't start until November so if you haven't stopped running since cross country take a break this week. You need some time off to relax.
