YMS XC Desktop Wallpaper

Every year Coach Draper of the high school team has designed a poster for middle school cross country recruiting. This year Coach Miller has taken those reigns and is designing this year's middle school poster. The image below is a preview of the poster. If you click on it you can use it as a desktop background.
The actual poster will have runners who we are pretty sure will be back on the team next year. We can't fit everyone, though, so don't be offended if you aren't included on the poster. If you can guess who the two runners are in the image below you will automatically be included on the poster, even if you are a current 8th grader. Make sure you don't post as anonymous if you want to be on the poster.
UPDATE: Dawson was the first to guess that it was Cody and Laura, but I've decided to put anyone on the poster who wants to be on. You just have to let me know that you will be on the team next year.

I actually didn't expect this much excitement about the poster. I'll definitely put up a version of the final poster, and I've also decided to put anyone on the poster who plans on being on the team next year so spread the word and make sure anyone who wants to be on the poster lets me know.

The posters won't be up until April. I will think about what to do for anyone who wants their own poster. BTW, if you let me know now that you will definitely be on the team next year that will certainly help your chances of being on it.

I haven't even thought about who is going to be on the poster yet, but, besides the fact that they will be current 7th graders, I try to pick an even amount of boys and girls. I don't focus on the state runners on the team, but on runners who showed up to practice everyday and gave their best effort. The state runners tend to fit in that category, but so do a lot of other runners on the team. I'd put everyone on the poster if I could, but it would get a bit crowded.

so... how are u going to pick whos in the poster? besides they are most likely to join next year? can u please not do it from the view of "They made it to state" or "They never got any awards and didn't seem popular" i really hate it. i would appreciate it if you did like "they went to almost all the meets and practices therefore they show that they really like cross country" or "They didn't get much recognition even though they still cheered for their team and worked hard during practice" or "They stayed with their team the entire season and didn't say or show that they did not like some people on the team". im not saying that that is how you are but, that you need to CAREFULLY think about who goes on the poster. and i am not over reacting.
