Round 2 of Fitness Club

Fitness Club is getting ready to ramp up again. If you aren't in a sport Fitness Club is a great (and inexpensive) opportunity to keep in shape. It only costs $15 and lasts from February 6 to May 17. Girls have access to Fitness Club on Mondays and Wednesdays while boys have access on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can download the signup sheet for more information here. If you are planning to run track in the spring and haven't been doing much since the cross country season Fitness Club is a great way to get back in shape.

Why "eww" to "old" people working out? If we had more "old" people working out perhaps half of our adult population wouldn't be overweight.

i hope to cause last year i did it and all these cheerleaders:/ where there sitting in a corner "stretching" (not really) and talking for the whole time! its not cool to do that its stupid!!!!! please xc memebers join with moi!!

Just because other people aren't doing things doesn't mean you can't take it seriously. All you need is a treadmill and Coach Miller's patented off-season workout plan.

i dont like fitness club. nobody does things. they use it for talking and all the cheerleaders do it and its really annoying :( good for other people though
