laura, i meant after you get your boot off and stuff, like really, if it hurts, please dont force yourself to do the running haha

Miller ive been using ankle weights and they work... i think. after the first day i pretty much got used to them and i wear them just about all the time im not running or something like that, although i am not using them currently because ive kinda had strep seance xmis, and sitting with weights on isnt much different then standing with them.

awwww laura, hope it heals well and you can start running soon:) just remember, if it hurts, try and let it rest, dont push yourself that much otherwise it wont heal as fast

I can't run for a while. I went to the doctor's and my right ankle is healed but I have a broken left foot. :( Happy New Year :(

okay, it is a little short, but still... i ran at 12:00! and like... first run of the year:) although its short

so i was at my friends house celebrating this, and at 12:00, i ran from her house to the end of her driveway and back...and her driveway is at least 1/4 mile long. haha:) i feel proud of myself
