A lot of our runners showed up for the Chili Chase on Sunday and ran some great times. Julia Schultz and Gianna Salzbrunn finished 1st and 2nd in their age group to win medals while Cody Hornyak, Kevin Humphreys, and Jake Firrantello swept the medals in their age group. we are still running but not as far or as fast as we should for reasons i will keep to myself as to not affend anyone, i will take them off for just about any physical activity includeing gym

staying in shape, the idea is if im not useing them for any "real workout" they shouldent hert me because im not haveing any extra strain other then that of the weights, and if they do end up hurting my knees, (im not worried about musles they adapt quickly) ill stop useing them at all

Ankle weights are mainly used for strength training, but almost everything I've read about them suggests not using them at all since they can cause ligament damage. What did you hope ankle weights could help you with? Chances are there is a better option for you.

oh and miller, my mom agrees with the ankle weight idea i told you during season as long as i dont run with them on, i just wanted to ask you what would be a good weight, (my options are limited to 2.5lbs, 5lbs, and 10lbs my dad may own the 5lbs ones so i might end up just useing the 5lbs ones

I still would like to meet this I'm much better then you, but I do agree with the 8th grade runner person, yorkville xc takes pride in our good sportsmanship compared to other schools, (trust me if you do talk trash to another team or runner or whatever miller, drock, coach incredible, and diller will kill you) Oh and so will coach cool and mr martin

this is why i love our team, we are al their for eachother. no offense,its really annoying how youkep on bragging. yes we would love if u joined the team nxt year but please leave ur bad sportsmanship behind. running is not just physical but also mental. having a bad sportsmanship and attitudr and being self centered isnt going to help are team. it will not make u a better runner. if ur a great runner then proove it. we are sick of ur nasty selfcentered comments and want to go back to being a team. ok?
