We posted about this last year, and it seems like a good program so it's worth mentioning again this year. North Central College in Naperville is having a distance running clinic this month. North Central tends to have good cross country teams so you could learn a lot. The program runs on December 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, and 30. Registration is $90 and each session lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes. Eli Smock did the camp last year so you can ask him how it was. If anyone ends up doing it please let us know if you learned anything interesting and what you felt about the camp.

haha! true that!! I LOVE square dancing but, i don't exactly like the people i am dancing with EXPECIALLY when they are not paying attention... I wish we could pick our own squares from people in the entire school.... and anonymously.... so the guys wouldn't suspect me.....
