Great First Day!

What a great first practice! It was a hard workout for a first day and I'm glad so many of you stepped up and decided to run the longer route. Tomorrow's run will be a lot shorter so you can all recover. We're definitely going to get some shirts made up for the team, and I think Colton's line, "I'm not competitive, I just like winning" would be a great one to go with. You should all be able to log into the website now with the password you wrote down at practice. When you get a chance fill in the form with the route you ran and any comments you have about how you felt. If you have trouble logging in send me an email.
