Our meet today will be against the Oswego schools and Sandwich, and will be held at Thompson. This is the same course we ran at the Tiger Trail Invite and our runners have done well there. The conditions, though, will not be very good. It will probably be cold and rainy and we are going to run as long as there isn't lightning. This means our runners should come prepared with dry clothes to change into after the race and, if they have spikes, a pair of shoes to wear before and after the race. They should have warm clothes and anything else that can help protect them from the rain. If anyone has canopy tents like the ones we had at Troy we could use those as well to protect our runners. We don't want anyone getting sick at the end of the season. Send me an email if you can help us out with a tent. Thanks for everyone's help this season, and we'll see you this afternoon.
