Awards Night This Friday

Thanks to everyone who offered to bring things to Awards Night this Friday. We will be sending a confirmation note home on Wednesday to make sure everyone knows the time and place. The Awards Night will be held at the middle school cafeteria from 7 to 9pm. We will hand out awards towards the end of the meal.
If you offered to bring food please try to bring enough for 15-20 people. That may be more than we need but we want to make sure there is enough to eat. We are also short on people bringing drinks so if you haven't volunteered for something yet drinks such as water, Gatorade, or juice would be great. We could also use napkins and utensils since I didn't ask for anyone to bring those. If you have any questions please send me an email. I hope to see everyone Friday night.
EDIT: The Clarks have volunteered to bring enough utensils and napkins for everybody so we should be all set with those. Thanks to everyone who has volunteered to bring things so far.
