A Good Week of Practice

This was our last week to get a lot of hard work in since we have so many meets during the next few weeks. We still have a speed workout on Saturday morning to go, but so far everyone has done great, and it will be fun to see how everyone performs during the meets next week.
I'd especially like to congratulate all the runners who ran all the way to Cross Lutheran on Friday. It is our longest run of the year at just over 5 miles, and they all gutted it out. Mason Dearborn, Cody Willyard, Graham Clark, Justin Jeziroski, James Daugherty, Tim Borneman, Mason Brant, Brody Vester, Kyle Rawle, Caroline Almas, Sarah Butler, and Margie Fincher all made the difficult run in the heat. Luckily, we were able to get some water at Cross, which made things a bit more bearable. See you all Saturday morning!
