Beecher Bobcat Roster

The Beecher Bobcat Breakout is a unique race in our cross country season. Each runner is paired with another runner on our team. The first runner carries a baton and runs for one mile. After that mile, the first runner hands the baton to the second runner who runs another mile. Runner #2 hands off to runner #1 who runs a second mile. Finally, runner #1 hands off again to runner #2 who finishes the race after another mile.

The race is at Kankakee Community College and the schedule for the day is as follows:

6:00am: Bus leaves Yorkville Middle School (Runners who are not on the bus CANNOT participate in the meet per district rules)

9:00am: Girls Race

10:00am: Boys Race

11:30am: Awards (Top 5 pairs and top 2 teams)

~1:00pm: Bus returns to Yorkville Middle School (Runners who do not take the bus home must give a release form to a coach)
