The Final Week of the Season
September 25, 2017
This is the last week of cross country practice with our full team. It's hard to believe the season went by so quickly. The last meet for the entire team will be this Saturday's Fox Trot Invite. After that, any runners not on our post-season roster should turn in their uniform in a bag with their name on it to Coach Martin before our last full-team practice on October 4. Additionally, runners on our post-season roster may not be chosen for our Sectionals and State team. Those note chosen for Sectionals and State can choose to end their season on October 4 as well. Any runners who continue after October 4 should be dedicated during practice or they will be asked to stop attending.
Post-Season Roster
These runners on our post-season roster will be running at the Fox River Prairie Conference Meet on October 3 at Wredling Middle School. Our runners for Sectionals and State will be chosen from this list. All runners not on the list below should turn in their uniform in a bag with their name on it by our practice on October 4. The race times below are the times for the Conference races.

The Fox Trot Invite
Our home Fox Trot Invite will be held at Yorkville High School on Saturday, September 30. Practice on the Friday before Fox Trot will also be held at the high school. Runners on Friday should be picked up at 4:15 from YHS. The race times and rosters for Fox Trot are listed below.
We need donated items such as water, Gatorade, and snacks for the concessions stand. If you can donate any items please bring them to practice this week.
All runners not listed below will be running in one of the two open races at 12:00pm (girls) and 12:30pm (boys). All runners, regardless of the race they are in, should arrive at the team tent at the high school no later than 9am.
