O Captain! My Captain!

What a great practice today! We gave everyone goal times to beat and I think everyone met, and in some cases far surpassed, their goals. We also named our 2009 captains at the end of practice. Caroline Almas, Tate Smock, Anna Greenawalt, Jazmin Lazcano, and Graham Clark will be our team leaders for the rest of the season and we expect they will all do a great job.
This is also a reminder that we will have practice at Harris Park at 5pm on Monday so everyone will be familiar with the course by the time of our first meet on Thursday. After that we will have practice at 2:45pm everyday, including the half day on Tuesday. If you ever have questions on our practice schedule you can check the calendar on this site.
