Saturday Practices
It's been a great first week. It was awesome to see so many athletes running with my group on Thursday. No one was walking, and according to Coach Martin very few are walking in his group so we are very near our goal for the first week. Great job!

It's been a great first week. It was awesome to see so many athletes running with my group on Thursday. No one was walking, and according to Coach Martin very few are walking in his group so we are very near our goal for the first week. Great job!
Practice this Saturday will be held at Silver Springs off Fox Road. We will meet here every Saturday we do not have a meet. Practice will be at the first entrance to Silver Springs, which is the same place Endurance Camp met over the summer. I hope to see everyone there!
