Belvidere Central Invite Information

This Saturday is the first invite in which the entire team can participate. We have had a lot of success at the Belvidere Central Invite over the past few years and it's fun to let the entire team enjoy that success. It's the furthest trip of the year for our team so we have to leave earlier than usual. The time schedule for Belvidere is as follows:
- 6am: Bus leaves YMS
- 9am: Girls Open Race
- 9:45am: Boys Open Race
- 10:30am: Girls Varsity Race
- 11:00am: Boys Varsity Race

Awards
There are a lot of awards available at the Belvidere Central Invite, even for the open runners. The top 25 runners in each open race will receive a ribbon. In the varsity races, the top 25 runners receive medals and the top 3 teams receive plaques.
Course Information
The course is located on the grounds of Belvidere Central Middle School. If you plan on driving to the meet, please park south of the middle school or in the elementary school parking lot. Concessions and t-shirts will be available so send money with your runner if you want to let them buy anything. At the conclusion of all of the races, awards will be given out on the blacktop by the scorer's table.
