Our Sectional/State runners were announced today and are listed below. We have 7 runners and 3 alternates for each gender. Tomorrow is the last meet for most of the team, but we will still have practice for everyone on Wednesday.

There will be a runoff on Tuesday between Jacob and Triston and among the other alternates candidates to see who will join our Sectional/State team.

When and where do we meet today? Since Alexis was not there for the awards dinner last night, we're not sure where we need to be. And, Alexis' soccer team kicked butt last night...Alexis even scored a goal! They won 8-0.

I'd try to arrive early since Thompson doesn't always stick to the time schedule. 4:30 is the official start time, but I wouldn't rely on it.

I just want to confirm that the start time for today's meet is 4:30. I know they have all said 4:30 but some have actually started at 4:15.

There are medals for the top 3 in each race and a trophy for the top team at each level.
