User Comment Coach Miller on June 19, 2012

My email is demiller@y115.org. Let me know your address and I can find someone who lives near you.

User Comment Darien on June 18, 2012

Coach Miller if you're able to can i have your email so i can get in contact with you and i would like to know as soon as possible who volunteered to be my ride.If you would like my email that would be fine too, but i just worry for people to spam me.

User Comment Coach Miller on June 18, 2012

Varsity is a fluid thing in track. We try to get as many runners on varsity as we can so if you are the best runner in an event you'll run varsity.

User Comment Anonymous on June 18, 2012

iF someone picked basketball over indoor track would that already create varsity for outdoor or are they two separate things.

User Comment Coach Miller on June 17, 2012

You would have to choose between indoor track and basketball in high school, but a number of runners play basketball and then join outdoor track.

User Comment Anonymous on June 17, 2012

I am a current 8th grader and next year i want to do cross country and basketball and track and indoor track. would i be able to do that or do i have to pick between indoor track and basketball???

User Comment Coach Miller on June 15, 2012

I'm pretty sure that's okay.

User Comment natalie on June 15, 2012

even if there is beads in it??

User Comment Coach Miller on June 15, 2012

Braids or dreadlocks are okay. They wouldn't make you take those out. I don't know the date of the school registration yet.

User Comment Anonymous on June 14, 2012

*for the school year next year, not xc

User Comment Anonymous on June 14, 2012

does anyone know when registration is?

User Comment natalie on June 14, 2012

*dreadlocks hahahah

User Comment natalie on June 14, 2012

okay, soooo.... really random question, but if you were to have a readlock thats wrapped or has beads on it, would they make you take it out, like the bead part??

User Comment Anonymous on June 13, 2012

YAY!!! I LOVE CROSS COUNTRY! GO CROSS COUNTRY~!!

User Comment Natalie on June 11, 2012

YES MY NAME IS FINALLY ON HERE:D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

User Comment Coach Miller on June 9, 2012

It's at the academy by the track.

User Comment Anonymous on June 9, 2012

where at the high school is the endurance camp practice?

User Comment Coach Miller on June 9, 2012

Just run as much as you can, Jessica. The point of the summer is to get a lot of miles in so once practice starts we can start working on speed and speed-endurance much sooner.

User Comment jessica :P on June 8, 2012

guys, i cant do endurance camp. :( how do i get into good shape without it? just run, im guessing? build up my endurance?

User Comment Coach Miller on June 5, 2012

I don't have the most recent list, Grant, but Coach Muth told me we have 122 runners signed up so I'm sure you're a part of that. See you Monday!

User Comment Grant Bowers on June 5, 2012

Will you be updating the list of people signed up for Endurance Camp? I am just wanting to make sure that my form was received in the mail (it was mailed on May 31st).

User Comment Coach Miller on June 4, 2012

Glad to hear you're running again, Natalie. I know that was a tough decision for you. It's not too late to do Endurance Camp. The late fee is charged after today, but I'll make sure you don't get charged the fee as long as you get it to me Tuesday or Wednesday at the high school. You might as well turn in your cross country registration form with it as well.

User Comment natalie on June 4, 2012

is it too late to sign up for endurance camp? because i want to do cross country. i realized it's what i really love and i want to improve on it. i'll need to get the sign up forms to sign up.

User Comment Anonymous on June 1, 2012

wow, there's alot of seventh grade girls signed up... EIGHTEEN OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

User Comment BeCcA:) on June 1, 2012

oh my gosh i'm an idiot! i thought it meant something with the president or like a senate cause it it had the republic word and domician. i didnt know that was a place. thats really embaressing 1

User Comment Coach Miller on June 1, 2012

The Dominican Republic is on the same island as Haiti. They are right next to Cuba in the Caribbean.

User Comment natalie on June 1, 2012

i am still thinking... gah.

User Comment Anonymous on June 1, 2012

whats the dominican republic????

User Comment Coach Miller on June 1, 2012

We're going to wait until Endurance Camp starts to publish our "Most Wanted" list. Some people didn't know about registration night so we should be getting some more registrations soon.

User Comment Anonymous on June 1, 2012

there are only 7 seventh grade boys signed up!!!!!!!!!! ther were 16 last year!!! when are we going to get the list of people wanted to join the team or is that when xc starts?

User Comment Coach Miller on June 1, 2012

Turn it in to the high school if you can. It is much easier for me to get it there. The ladies in the office can put it in my mailbox.

User Comment Darien Ramos on June 1, 2012

Where do I turn in my forms again?

User Comment Coach Miller on June 1, 2012

Hoolie will be at the first week of track camp coaching hurdles, and he will try to make an Endurance Camp or two. We're all going to miss him, but he is going to be doing important work in the Dominican Republic and we can't blame him for that calling.

User Comment Jacob on June 1, 2012

i just read an article in the paper about hulie leaving... dose that mean he won't coach any of endurance camp? and if he's not coaching during endurance camp at all, if anyone sees him could they tell him im gunna miss him

User Comment Darien Ramos on June 1, 2012

Thanks I'll just print a regristation form at home and turn it in.

User Comment :::::::} on May 31, 2012

wow.

User Comment Coach Miller on May 31, 2012

Darien, I talked to Coach Martin and he said you need a ride from practices. We will have no problem helping you out there.

User Comment Anonymous on May 31, 2012

i hope none of these people drop out!

User Comment Coach Miller on May 31, 2012

On a side note: I deleted a comment that was mean towards one of our new runners even though the runner was not named. We need to be supportive and encouraging to everyone on the team no matter how they've treated you in the past.

User Comment Coach Miller on May 31, 2012

You had a great track season, Darien, so we're glad you'll be back for cross country. Do you need a ride to practice, or do you need a ride to turn in the registration form?

User Comment Darien Ramos on May 31, 2012

I need regristration forms because i cant sign up unless i have a ride and i am proud to say this team has helped me improved for my mile time which is 5:35. I can join once i find a ride but i might need to wait for a 6th grader name Anthony Lopez to see if he will sign up otherwise i need someone else.

User Comment Coach Miller on May 30, 2012

I'm just pointing out when I add new names to the list.

User Comment Jacob on May 30, 2012

Why dose lucas's name say 5/30

User Comment Anonymous on May 30, 2012

so all of the people not in eighth grade (after today) are gonna be in 7th grade??!??!??

User Comment Coach Miller on May 30, 2012

5th and 6th grade cross country didn't get approved for this year. Hopefully next year. Triston, I just got your registration today. Somehow it went to the central office, but it's all good now.

User Comment Anonymous on May 30, 2012

woww some kids i would never expect to be doing cross country are on here

User Comment Triston Robb on May 30, 2012

I turned my registration in May 24th to the office and they said they were going to give it to Martin.

User Comment Anonymous on May 30, 2012

did any 5th or 6th graders sign up?

User Comment Anonymous on May 30, 2012

schools out what do you expect? lol

User Comment Anonymous on May 30, 2012

omg i just counted again to make sure i wasn't crazy and counted 52..

User Comment Anonymous on May 30, 2012

i counted and it was 55 people... maybe im just bad at counting...

User Comment Coach Miller on May 30, 2012

For now it's smaller than last year. We had 53 last season, but I'm sure we'll have more than that as some stragglers sign up.

User Comment Anonymous on May 30, 2012

WOW thats a big team, i just hope that a lot dont drop out!!
