The Pasta Party

Congrats to the runners who ran Saturday morning. The trophies went out to Joe Runkle for the 8th grade boys, Ana Greenawalt for the 7th grade girls, and Lexie Bulliner for the 8th grade girls. Since no 7th grade boys ran we will give that trophy to whoever finishes first at Conference.

Speaking of Conference, it will be held at the soccer fields at Oswego High School. We will be having a Pasta Party/Awards Night at the Pranga household on Wednesday night. If anyone is willing to help out they can email the Pranga's at pranga@sbcglobal.net or phone them at 630-553-1375. The Prangas are providing the pasta and just ask that other parents bring Italian bread, salad, drinks, desserts (healthy ones), and paper products. We also need to know how many parents are coming so please email me as soon as possible. You can get directions to the Pranga's house here. We won't be running at practice on Wednesday and we will finish sometime after 5 so runners have time to go home if they need to after practice. The Pasta Party will begin at 5:30 and go until 7:30. I hope to see you all there.

UPDATE: The Swopes have volunteered to bring all the paper products for the party so we only need additional food.

UPDATE 2: The Erskines are bringing dessert, the O'Malleys are bringing bread, and the Dabbs are bringing milk. Please email the Prangas to let them know what you are planning to bring.
