If anyone is interested in learning more about minimalist running shoes you can check out this newsletter from Naperville Running Company. It's a good explanation of the purpose of minimalist shoes and the potential benefits. It's important to note that minimalist shoes are not necessary to have good form, which is a major point I took from the explanation.

thanks mr miller and u should put a spell checker on the comment box so people dont have to go crazy about it. i want to do track but baseball is a lot of fun; and thor isn't doing track because he is on my baseball team soo........ have fun with track tho and win state for yorkville!!!!! Endurance camp will come up soon and i get to do that with everyone again:)
