Our first meet will be on Tuesday at Old Post Elementary. Everyone should have their uniforms, and we recommend a pair of black running shorts so we will all match. Running shorts are lighter than normal shorts, and can be found at any sporting goods store.
Here is an example of a pair of running shorts, although you do not need to buy that exact pair of shorts. For the meet, I would recommend bringing a water bottle and a healthy snack such as bagels or granola bars.
