Sunday, April 19 is the annual Yorkville Tax Dodge. The race is at 8:30 and there are awards for different age divisions. The younger age divisions usually don't have many runners so it is a good chance to come home with some swag.
There is a 5K race (just over 3 miles) and a 10K race (just over 6 miles). I wouldn't recommend the 10K to many of our runners if they haven't consistently run that distance, but anyone should be able to handle the 5K. If you're interested in signing up you can find the registration form here.
