Happy New Year!
January 1, 2010
I hope everyone had a great holiday and is enjoying the new decade. Hopefully those of you who are planning to run cross country again next year have been doing a little running. If not, I can think of a pretty good new year's resolution. While it is much more important to run in the summer than it is the winter for cross country you will help yourself a lot if you are planning to run track, and you can lose almost all of your training just by taking a few weeks off. The key, though, is to keep it fun. If you start to get bored with running then take some time off. Try running with groups as well since it's always more fun to run with other people. If anyone needs someone to run with send me an email and I'll try to set something up.
