Our schedule for this week has been changed around a bit since we couldn't use the track Monday because of soccer. Our time trial will be this Friday instead, and our hard workout will be moved to Wednesday. Also, thanks to Mrs. Pranga for volunteering to host our Pasta Party in October. If anyone is interested in helping cook that night please let me know. Finally, congratulations to everyone who ran Saturday and Monday. Everyone ran hard the entire time and I can already see the team improving.
