Yorkville Middle School Cross Country

Parkside Invite Information

September 4, 2018

This week we will have our first two mile invitational on Saturday, September 8 at Maxwell Park in Normal. Fans can park at Normal West High School, Maxwell Park, or Champion Fields. The bus for the Parkside Invite will leave at 6:00am from Yorkville Middle School. Only 7 runners can run in the varsity races at the Parkside Invite, but everyone else will run in the open races. Here is the schedule and roster for Saturday's Parkside Invite:

6:00am - Bus leaves YMS

9:30am - Girls Varsity Race

10:30am - Girls Open Race

11:00am - Boys Open Race

12:00pm - Award Ceremony in Parkside Gym (Top 3 varsity teams and top 20 varsity individuals)
~2:30pm - Return to YMS. A text alert will be sent out with a more specific time once we are underway.
