At the end of every Endurance Camp we hold a one-mile time trial so athletes can see how they've progressed over the summer. The weather is usually hotter at the end of the summer than at the beginning so not everyone improves upon their times, but we do want to recognize runners who set personal records (P.R.'s) in the mile compared to the beginning of summer of last year.
