August 28, 2012
Our first home meet is today against Oswego Plank at the Hoover Center. If you volunteered to help at the meet please try to be at Hoover by 4pm. The girls race will be at 4:30 and the boys will race as soon as the girls are done. We hope to be done no later than 6pm.
Athletes will head to the cafeteria after school where they will wait for the bus. There is only one bus so the girls will take the first trip to Hoover. Athletes who have not turned in all of their forms yet will not be able to participate today.
After the meet athletes will need to be picked up at Hoover. Since this is a home meet they do not have to be picked up by an imediate relative and the release form is not needed.

And also, it's great to cheer on yorkville runners but if you arent going to cheer everyone else on don't mumble to your friends to be quiet because "they Arnt yorkville" when their right in front of you it's really demoralizing and just kind of rude, just because they are running dosnt mean they cant hear you

I'm sorry to hear our teammates not supporting each other. This seems to happen at the beginning of the season, but it won't be happening much longer. Everybody did a great job and should be proud of their accomplishment, no matter what anyone else says.

ok i know i just commented.......... BUT i was looking at the calender and on September 1st...im gonna come to harris or at least try to..(: and i really think you should put my birthday on the calender... its september 2nd....just so ya know.. and then i start drivers ed the 4th... and dont worry miller ill make sure to let you know when im driving so you can make sure you NOT on the road.. hahaha jk im gonna be the best driver ever! and uhm i know you were all thrilled to read this even though its completely pointless.... but im bored and hyper...if that makes sense.. but thats who i am...as usual...Love you all, Miss you guys like crazy, hurry up and become freshmen already will ya??? love, katy<3

come on guys, we need to work as a team, that means no put downs. working as a team is more than winning together and running fast, it's also about being nice to other people no matter if they look different than you, run slower than you, or aren't on your same team. cheer on EVERYBODY and be nice to everybody.

I definitelty agree that there r a small group of 7th grade boys... Not naming names but who i have heard say mean stuff to the other 7th grade boys
