really, anyone can join the team and be successful... I think that getting your best time that you can is wonderful!! running even a 10 minute is really good... one of the reasons i joined CC was to get a better time on our mile test! if u can run 2 miles without stopping one mile is a cinch. good job to everyone at our meet today! it was SUPER hot!! we did good!!

I agree with Anonymous, Sydney. You and your sister are both good runners (7:28 is a good time) and we'd love to have you. This is the last week to join and you'll miss out on a lot of fun if you don't.
Anonymous on August 31, 2011
yah... why isnt dominique and even you (sydney) on the team?? its soo fun!!

Sydney, if your sister is such a good runner why isn't she on the team?
Coach Miller on August 30, 2011
Assume that you can't wear jewelry at any meet. Since we're a member of the IESA we have to follow their rules. And I just forgot to put in Saturday. Nothing nefarious on my part.
cody on August 30, 2011

How long was this race???
Anonymous on August 30, 2011
i think it helped people get their PRs that there were alot more schools and you had a smaller chance of running alone
