Bristol Bay Results

August 29, 2011

There were a lot of PRs set during our first home meet, and, especially given the hot conditions, that was great to see. The boys finished in second behind Belvidere while the girls won our first home meet of the year! You can see the full results in the Excel documents below, or you can scroll down to see all of the PRs set.

really, anyone can join the team and be successful... I think that getting your best time that you can is wonderful!! running even a 10 minute is really good... one of the reasons i joined CC was to get a better time on our mile test! if u can run 2 miles without stopping one mile is a cinch. good job to everyone at our meet today! it was SUPER hot!! we did good!!

User Comment r u 4 real? on August 31, 2011

we are seriously going to run in 95* weather with no wind humid airs and perfectly sunny conditions tomorrow! lets run inside!!!!!

User Comment 7th grade boy yms cross country on August 31, 2011

yeah and apparently it looks like you would want to join since your checking out this the cross country running page. and i really thought that i should let you know this but there are plenty of people on this team who have 6:30 miles or less. So BUMMER!!!!!

User Comment Coach Miller on August 31, 2011

I agree with Anonymous, Sydney. You and your sister are both good runners (7:28 is a good time) and we'd love to have you. This is the last week to join and you'll miss out on a lot of fun if you don't.

User Comment Anonymous on August 31, 2011

yah... why isnt dominique and even you (sydney) on the team?? its soo fun!!

User Comment Anonymous on August 31, 2011

User Comment Anonymous on August 30, 2011

Sydney, if your sister is such a good runner why isn't she on the team?

User Comment Coach Miller on August 30, 2011

Assume that you can't wear jewelry at any meet. Since we're a member of the IESA we have to follow their rules. And I just forgot to put in Saturday. Nothing nefarious on my part.

User Comment cody on August 30, 2011

did you purposely not put in saturdays run?

User Comment sydney anderson on August 30, 2011

well my sister dominque can run a mile in 6:50 seconds or faster.... can someone beat that well any way it seems like i can only run it in 7:28... BUMER?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?

User Comment Anonymous on August 30, 2011

User Comment Coach Miller on August 30, 2011

We haven't run at Rotolo before so I don't know if spikes will be possible, but bring them with just in case.

User Comment Anonymous on August 30, 2011

User Comment Anonymous on August 30, 2011

User Comment Anonymous on August 30, 2011

User Comment Anonymous on August 30, 2011

User Comment Anonymous on August 30, 2011

it was 2 miles

User Comment Ryan Cyr on August 30, 2011

How long was this race???

User Comment Anonymous on August 30, 2011

i think it helped people get their PRs that there were alot more schools and you had a smaller chance of running alone
