I wouldn't recommend running Hometown Days since we have two meets that week. Last year it came before our competition season so some of our runners ran it, but it would be too much to run 3 races in one week.

Can cross country runners compete in 5Ks like Hometown Days?

Do we go home after school tomorrow and then go back to the school?
Coach Miller on August 28, 2011
I talked the the Troy coach about those results and he should have faxed them to the school by now so I will check on Monday. Spikes would definitely help at Monday's meet since the course is all grass.
