You should bring/wear the following to the meet:

- Uniform with black shorts (or PE shirt for those who haven't earned their uniform yet)

The Bristol Bay course will be around the soccer fields. It's not the most interesting but it's only 1 loop. I don't know how long the Martinez meet will be so well have to find out today.

Anonymous on August 24, 2011
when we go to practice after school do we have to wear anything specific (ex p.e. uniform)?
Anonymous on August 24, 2011
will you have the girls times before practice today?
Coach Miller on August 24, 2011
We have tried to get 6th graders added in the past since most other teams have 6th graders, but we've been told we can't. That may change with a new athletic director and new administrators at the district, but don't hold out hope.
me on August 23, 2011
just wondering... why don't we have 6th graders on our team???
Anonymous on August 23, 2011

Why does it always end of raining/storming when we are going to Troy!!!!!!! AHHHHH!!
Dawson on August 23, 2011
The storms are over according to N.O.A.A its just going to rain for a few hours
Coach Miller on August 23, 2011
Definitely bring warm clothes since the rain can really make it cold. I haven't heard anything about it being canceled yet, but we will let everyone know if that happens though the normal channels (email, Facebook, this page). If it's just raining with no lightening (like it is now) they may not cancel the meet. I believe it is just us and Troy.
everybody on August 23, 2011
are we still going to have the meet bc of the rain
erin on August 23, 2011
When will we know if the meet is cancelled today
Dawson on August 23, 2011
Rember as long as you try your hardest and do your best you are always a winner. Don't wear new shoes also for the first time.
on August 23, 2011
do you know what schools will be at the meet today?
Anonymous on August 23, 2011
When will the races actually start? and how far do you run (is there a different distance for 7th and 8th?)?
julia on August 23, 2011
should i bring sweatpants? or will it be warmer by 4?
Anonymous on August 23, 2011
Its supposed to be raining with thunder and lightning all day, so are we still having the meet? cuz It seems like it would be dangerous.
????? on August 23, 2011
do we still have the meet even though it is still suppose to rain till like 7
? on August 23, 2011
are we still going to have our meet if it is raining?
that guy on August 23, 2011
i hope its not raining because its pouring over here in yorkville
Coach Miller on August 23, 2011
What questions are you talking about? I answered the questions I saw.
a yms runner, a person, and a curious person on August 23, 2011
when are you going to answer my questions???
Coach Miller on August 23, 2011
Snacks will differ for different people. I've always been a fan of bagels/bread as a snack, but some people like fruit snacks or energy/granola bars. Try out different things to see what works for you, but make sure it isn't junk food since it could really upset your stomach. The meet should only last one or two hours tonight, and I'm in the process of getting shirts.
a curious person on August 23, 2011
when are we going to get our t-shirts?
a person on August 23, 2011
approximately what time will the meet end?
a yms runner on August 23, 2011
What are some good snacks to bring?
Coach Miller on August 23, 2011
It depends on the situation. If it is just raining without any lightening we would probably still run. If there is lightening we can't run for 30 minutes after the last lightening strike. Since it is just a dual meet it would probably be cancelled if that happened.
Anonymous on August 23, 2011
Hey if its storms, ( cause a storms coming) would we wait it out and then run? Also, would we still run if it rains?
Coach Miller on August 23, 2011
Yes, you are allowed to wear those.
Cold on August 22, 2011
Hey not that its supposed to be cold or anything tomorrow but are we allowed to wear those under armor pants under our shorts likes those tght ones that keep up warm during our race. Cause i remember some people wearing them last year and we were allowed to in track.
