Congrats High School Team

The high school varsity runners were in Peoria over the weekend at the Peoria Woodruff Invite. The invite is held at Detwiller Park, which is the site of the IHSA State Meet. The boys finished 8th out of 33 teams with 245 points. Max Sliwa finished 7th followed by Jake Austin at 17th, Mike Addison at 35th, Jack Bilinski at 69th, and Josh Ellertson at 117th. Scott King (Brad's brother) and Nick Cowger rounded at the team at 119th and 136th, respectively. Meanwhile, the girls ended up winning the Peoria Invite with 109 points. Kristen Sebby, Ali Hester, and Ester Bell finished in the Top 10 at 6th, 7th, and 9th. They were followed by Megan Frisk at 40th, Julia Runkle (Joe's sister) at 47th, Madison Hester at 55th, and Alyssa Harbin at 61st. Congratulations to both teams!add comment
