Minooka Results

We finally received the results from Tuesday's meet at Minooka. The course was just over a mile, but the hills made it seem like more. The girls took 3rd place with Oliva Reese finishing 8th at 9:27, Julia Schultz in 10th at 9:37, Gianna Salzbrunn in 12th at 9:45, Rebecca Jasutis in 14th at 9:56, Erin Reynolds in 15th at 9:59, Brook Stuepfert in 18th at 10:06, and Melissa Marshall in 19th at 10:07. We didn't receive all the times from Minooka, but hope to get everyone else's times as soon as we can.
On the boy's side, our team won the meet with a score of 28 to Minooka's second place score of 48. Jake Hoffert won the race with a time of 7:28, but Luke Hoffert wasn't far behind with a 2nd place time of 7:30. James Daugherty came in 7th at 8:26, Thor Hester finished 8th at 8:28, Cody Hornyak finished 10th in 8:29, Kyle Rawle finished 12th in 8:52, and Mason Brant finished 14th in 8:55.
We couldn't get any personal records for our runners since the distance was so different, but we did have a number of runners who ran the entire race for the first time. Congratulations to the runners listed below!
