Cross Country Videos

Jake Firrantello was named our Runner of the Week for last week. His work during Saturday's fartlek workout cinched the award for him, although there were a lot of runners who stepped it up on Saturday.
For anyone who wants to view the cross country videos we watched at Tuesday's practice you can go to 5min Life to see them. We watched videos on form, racing strategy, and hills.
Finally, please try to get your money and permission slip in for the Raging Waves trip. We will be at the park from 11am to 2pm and the cost is $17.99. You can download the permission slip here.
